Cancellation Fees:

In case of cancellation prior to the start of the trip, the following fees apply:

• Up to 3 months before arrival – €50 processing fee

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the total price

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total price

• During the last week – 100% of the total price

For payments already made and in case of timely cancellation, we charge a processing fee of €50 for bank charges and exchange rate losses.

Unused transfers cannot be credited or offset.
